We do not pay referral fees to non-attorneys. Attorneys interested in formal referral fee arrangements should reach out to discuss compliance with applicable bar rules in their jurisdiction.

Will you take cases outside my area?

Yes. We handle private consumer arbitration nationally. The federal statutes we work under (FCRA, FDCPA, TCPA) apply in every state.

What are your fees to clients?

We offer three flat-fee tiers: $197 non-refundable Case Evaluation, $1,750 Arbitration Preparation, and $3,500 Case Management. Clients always know the total cost before committing — no hourly billing, no hidden fees.

How quickly do you follow up with referred clients?

After we review the referral. Urgent submissions (active harassment, imminent deadlines) are prioritized.
