Debt Industry Referral Program

Your clients may have federal claims
against the collectors harassing them.

While you negotiate settlements, some clients are also being subjected to illegal collection tactics — harassment, false threats, and unauthorized autodialed calls. Those violations give rise to separate federal claims that your clients can pursue through private arbitration, independent of any settlement agreement.

🚫
Separate Claims
Federal FDCPA and TCPA claims are entirely separate from the underlying debt dispute — your settlement proceeds unaffected
💼
Flat Fee Only
We charge flat fees — clients always know the cost upfront, with no surprises or contingency percentages
🤝
No Interference
We don't advise on debt settlement strategy — we focus exclusively on federal consumer protection claims

Signs a client has a referrable federal claim

Collector calling after a cease-and-desist request
Continued contact after a written demand to stop is a clear FDCPA violation with statutory damages up to $1,000
Threats of lawsuits, arrest, or wage garnishment the collector can't actually follow through on
False or misleading representations by a debt collector violate the FDCPA regardless of whether money is owed
Robocalls or autodialed texts to a cell phone
Each unauthorized autodialed call or text can carry statutory damages of $500–$1,500 under the TCPA
Collection of an amount not authorized by the agreement
Inflated payoff amounts, unauthorized fees, or interest above the contractual rate may constitute FDCPA violations
