1. Services

Monay & Associates LLC provides consumer advocacy services including:

• Case Evaluation ($199): Review of your dispute facts, applicable federal protections, and a written assessment of your options.
• Arbitration Preparation ($1,497): Preparation of demand letters, arbitration filings, and supporting documentation on your behalf.
• Case Management ($2,497): Full administrative management of your arbitration case from filing through resolution, including ongoing communication with the arbitration forum.

The specific scope of services applicable to your engagement will be set forth in a separate Engagement Letter provided prior to commencement of services.

2. No Attorney-Client Relationship

The use of this website, submission of a contact or intake form, payment for services, or any other communication with Monay & Associates LLC does not create an attorney-client relationship. We strongly encourage you to consult with a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction for legal advice specific to your situation.

3. No Guarantee of Results

We make no representations or warranties that our services will result in any particular outcome, settlement, award, or relief. Past results described on this website are illustrative only and do not guarantee or predict future results. Every case is different and outcomes depend on facts, evidence, applicable law, and the decisions of independent arbitrators.

4. Fees & Payment

All fees are as stated at the time of engagement. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. By submitting payment, you agree to the applicable service fee.

• Refunds: Fees paid for Case Evaluation are non-refundable once the evaluation has been delivered. Fees for Arbitration Preparation or Case Management may be refunded on a pro-rata basis for work not yet performed, at our sole discretion, upon written request.
• Payment Plans: Where payment plans are offered and agreed to in writing, failure to make a scheduled payment may result in suspension of services until the account is current.

5. Client Responsibilities

To enable us to provide services effectively, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information about your dispute
• Promptly provide requested documents, records, and communications
• Respond to our communications in a timely manner
• Notify us immediately of any changes in your contact information or circumstances
• Not misrepresent facts or submit fraudulent documents

Failure to fulfill these responsibilities may result in termination of services without refund.

6. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except as necessary to provide services, as required by law, or as described in our Privacy Policy. By engaging our services, you consent to our use of your information as described herein and in our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of Monay & Associates LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this site without our prior written consent.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement at any time upon written notice. Upon termination, we will provide you with any completed work product and return any original documents you provided. Fees for completed work are non-refundable. We reserve the right to terminate services immediately and without refund if a client provides false information, engages in abusive conduct, or fails to fulfill their responsibilities.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

This website and our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Monay & Associates LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of our website or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the total fees you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable federal law and the laws of the state in which Monay & Associates LLC is organized, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in English.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
