Gather and upload the following documents to your secure client portal. The sooner we have them, the faster your matter advances.

- □ Any correspondence from creditors or collectors
- □ Prior dispute letters or responses (if applicable)
- □ Court or repossession notices (if applicable)

Upload documents via your client portal or bring them to your onboarding call and we'll guide you through the upload together.
After your documents are received and your onboarding call is complete, we'll deliver a written case assessment: what we found, which laws apply, and the recommended course of action. You'll have a clear picture before any next step is taken.
Once the plan is approved, we move. Demand letters, arbitration filings, correspondence management — you'll receive status updates at every milestone. You'll always know where your case stands.
